- ➤ Council will consider a proposal for a 15-year tax break to renovate the historic bank building at 26 Market St into a mixed-use project with 71 apartments, commercial space, a bank vault event area & energy upgrades. Council will review the plan at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday. WFMJ
- ➤ City council will consider on Wednesday a 15-year, 100% tax exemption for the former Mahoning National Bank Building on Central Square as its owner works on an $18.5 million upgrade to add 71 apartments and retail (with energy upgrades planned).
