  • Retired Trumbull County Judge W. Wyatt McKay has been assigned to oversee Youngstown's lawsuit against developer Dominic Marchionda and former finance director David Bozanich, seeking to recover $834,608 lost in a corruption scheme.  WYTV
  • Mark Parker, previously convicted of kidnapping and rape, will face trial on February 18 for attempting to kidnap a woman in Youngstown and faces separate charges including three counts of rape and kidnapping in Boardman.  WFMJ
