- ➤ Pink Out Mahoning Valley is accepting vendor and food truck applications for its festival set for Oct. 4. The free event at Austintown Township Park (6000 Kirk Road) will feature a full music lineup and mark the kickoff of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. WFMJ
- ➤ A flash mob was held at Eastwood Mall in Niles Wednesday to honor Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month — drawing approximately 250 participants and over 10 service providers for community engagement. Gateways to Better Living organized the event to celebrate inclusion and highlight support programs. WFMJ
- ➤ Greenwood Chevrolet hosted Wednesday's Extra Mile Giveaway for United Way donors from Mahoning and Trumbull counties, where Andre'a Lawrence, a longtime donor at Trumbull County Children Services, won $15,000.
