A federal grand jury indicted David Poyssick, 41, on two counts of possessing a firearm due to his domestic violence conviction—Becky Poyssick, 45, faces a charge for making a false statement during a gun purchase and remains free while David has been in custody since his arrest on March 11.

The NAACP’s Youngstown Mahoning Branch adopted a resolution that will support the restoration, maintenance, and preservation of the William Holmes McGuffey Wildlife Preserve, McGuffey Family Pond and Dock in Mill Creek MetroParks.
