- ➤ Volunteers worked Saturday morning on Youngstown highway ramps to pick up litter from both on and off ramps. City officials said they chose high-traffic spots for cleanup and hope the project, which involved partners like YSU + the Rotary Club, will become an annual event. WFMJ
- ➤ Angels for Animals is temporarily pausing dog adoptions and intake due to kennel cough concerns—applicants will be contacted later and stray dogs must be taken to the county pound. The shelter expects to resume services soon. WFMJ
- ➤ On Saturday, the community gathered at Youngstown Harley-Davidson to raise funds for Mike Ruozzo in his fight against cancer.
