GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ The Ohio Film Office filed a motion in federal court on Friday to dismiss the Youngstown Regional Film Commission's lawsuit, saying the claims of interference and coercion lack legal basis and should be handled by the state court system—relying on the Eleventh Amendment and federal law that limit private lawsuits against state agencies. Frederick D’Amico, who started the commission in 2015, has not yet responded to the motion. WFMJ
