The FDA announced that Lewis Bake Shop Artisan Style 1/2 Loaf bread+ sold at Walmart and Kroger in states including Ohio+ is recalled after tests found it may contain undeclared hazelnuts that can cause severe allergic reactions, so customers with nut allergies should return the product for a full refund.
