- ➤ A video shows twin brothers Bryan and Ryan Moore assaulting a woman outside a bar on Commerce Street in Youngstown as she was taken to Mercy Health hospital for a possible severe head injury and concussion—both men were charged with felonious assault with Bryan also facing drug possession charges. - ➤ Youngstown State University holds a ribbon-cutting ceremony today at 10 a.m. (in the Cushwa Hall Atrium) to launch its new Radiologic Technology program and lab that offers hands-on training for future technologists; representatives from Akron Children's Hospital and Mercy Health will attend the event. - ➤ State Rep. Lauren McNally announced on Monday that the Ohio Controlling Board approved $92,000 to upgrade security cameras across Youngstown State University. The funding from the Ohio Department of Higher Education will improve safety for students, staff, and visitors. WFMJ
- ➤ The free 20 Federal parking lot on W. Commerce St. in Youngstown closes today at 8 a.m. for repairs—work will last through Thursday and it will reopen on Friday while other free parking remains available nearby. WKBN
