- ➤ Japanese investment firm SoftBank announced its $2 billion investment in Intel common stock as part of its partnership with Foxconn for an AI venture in Lordstown. Ohio lawmakers plan to require quarterly reports on Intel's delayed plant (now set to open beyond 2025) amid concerns over state funds and job creation. WFMJ

- ➤ Three Valley teachers were awarded $1,000 in mini-grants to boost classroom resources for students with autism. They were chosen from more than 30 applicants across Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana Counties—Donna Stewart received $200 to set up a drink and cookie stand, Christy Pepperney got $300 for a calming corner, and Andrea Wasko received $500 to build a greenhouse for teaching life skills.
