Led by educators with Akron Children’s Hospital, this program teaches children ages 8 — 12 skills needed to remain safe while staying home alone. Topics include preparing to stay home alone, fire safety/fire exit plan, CPR/choking, cooking and kitchen safety, first aid and emergency preparedness, and weather emergency safety.
